Two houses, one location: That is the greenbox Leoben with its homes at Martin-Luther-Kai 8 and Waasenstraße 2. With their location, they provide an all-round offer. From the Montanuniversität, via the Leoben train station to the city center, you can reach all important places in a few minutes.

The greenbox LEOBEN on Martin-Luther-Kai offers living space for 120 students – and that in the immediate vicinity of the Montanuniversität! The 2 and 3-bed apartments each share a bathroom and kitchen. The house has a garden and offers a roof terrace and two function rooms for exuberant celebrations.

Housing for 68 students was created directly opposite the Schwammerlturm, Leobner's landmark. The house is divided into flat shares for 2 or 3 people and apartments. The numerous learning rooms are available to the greenbox residents in both buildings.
