The revitalized, classic House from the period of promoterism with its widespread premises at Elisabethstraße 69-71 combines study and lifestyle in the middle of the Grazer university-quarter. Both, Karl-Franzens-University and MedUni at Auenbruggerplatz are only a few minutes walk away. The greenbox UNI not only has excellent local amenities, but also with the abundance of leisure activities offered nearby as well as gastronomy. From the opposite tram stop “Tegetthoffplatz” you reach the inner city in less then 10 minutes.

Bedrooms: 30 (one bed per single room).
Kitchens: Fully equipped, incl. oven with ceramic hob, dishes (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery), kitchen table and chairs.
Garden: Seating in the courtyard.
Park: Large-scale park at Tegetthoffplatz opposite the greenbox UNI.

The entire greenbox UNI is barrier-free.
Handicapped accessible apartments (doors, kitchens and sanitary facilities according to ÖNorm) on request!

Size: 10 – 20 sq.m.
Equipments: Bed, wardrobe, 2 shelves, desk with chair.
Internet: High-speed internet via the Virtual Campus Graz (VCG) of the ACOnet (research network of the universities).
TV: Plug and view (connections prepared, no GiS charge, receiver not included).

Category 2: 330 EURO

All prices include VAT, operating costs, heating, electricity and water.
There are no additional operating costs or fees!

Elisabethstraße 69-71

In the basement floor there is a study-room and lounge, which can also be used for seminars, a gym and a full bar. The entire house is wheelchair accessible. Bicycle storage provides another optimal service and are aligned to the traffic requirements of a future-oriented city.

Rooms

In the personalized single rooms with multimedia connection you feel immediately at home. The basic configuration, consisting of a bed, a chest, shelving, a desk, a chair and connections for cable TV and Internet can be arranged individually and supplemented by your own furniture. All rooms are wheelchair accessible, a residential unit on the ground floor is already adapted for handicapped people. A unique housing concept in the dynamic university-quarter of the city of Graz as a place to study and feel good.
