Live in harmony with nature – that’s living in the former salvatorian student residence at Lindweg 31. The location next to Rosenhain offers not only vast possibilities for recreation and sports, but the residence itself is in the middle of a 12.000 sqm park with its own soccer field and volleyball court. A summer house with fire place and BBQ intensify our concept of studying and relaxing in the green. The greenbox NORD is located next to FH CAMPUS 02, the University of Graz, the medical University and the Graz University of Technology and directly connected to public transfer (bus line 31). A bicycle lane is completing to mobility concept of the student residence.

Categories: 6-rooms-, 7-rooms-, 9-rooms- and 10-rooms apartments (over 2 floors).

Category 1: single room   9m sq.m.
Category 2: single room 12 sq.m.
Category 3: single room 15 sq.m.

Bedrooms: 78 (one bed per single room).
Bathrooms / Sanitary: 1 bathroom / 2 toilets per apartment.
Kitchens: Fully equipped, incl. oven with ceramic hob, dishes (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery), kitchen table and chairs.
Park: The house is located amidst a generous park area of about 12,000 square meters with its own football and volleyball court, garden shed with barbecue area and campfire site.

Size: 9 – 15 sq.m.
Equipments: Bed, wardrobe, 2 shelves, desk with chair.
Internet: High-speed internet via the Virtual Campus Graz (VCG) of the ACOnet (research network of the universities).

Lindweg 31

Since the big Refurbishment in 1997, the greenbox NORD offers space for 78 students living in 10 shared apartments. The shared apartments have 6 to 10 rooms. Every shared apartment has a fully equipped Kitchen and adequate sanitary facilities. In the music room, the gym or the common room recreation is not just a word.

Apartments

The kitchens are all provided with refrigerator and freezer, electric cooker, dish washer and cable TV. All sanitary facilities are provided with separated showers and toilets. Basic equipment of single rooms in the main building consists of a bed, bookshelf, two wardrobes, a desk and a chair. Every room is equipped with internet port. One room of a shared apartment is accessible for wheel chairs.
